Our Story
Since 2019 Royal Macarons has been making delicious French macarons for the Western New York community.
Michelle Sabadasz loves making French macarons and knew that the Western New York area would not only love the traditional macaron flavors but would appreciate the unique American flavors too.
Michelle graduated from Buffalo State Collage with a degree in Broadcasting. After interning at AM Buffalo/WKBW CH 7 she was hired and still works there 29 years later. Michelle is a Director at the station. She has worked on many newscasts and other telecasts and sports shows over the years.
